Terms and Conditions

The Interface provides users with a platform that integrates two (2) primary functions: (i) it provides automated technical analyses, market insights, predictions, ratings, suggestions, data and/or other informational content generated by our proprietary AI systems ("AI Content"); and (ii) it facilitates interaction with Hyperliquid, a decentralised, permissionless, and community-driven blockchain ("Hyperliquid").

You are hereby informed, and you expressly acknowledge that you are interacting with an AI system, and that the AI Content is generated by artificial intelligence i.e. large language model(s) and is not the product of human analysis.

The Company does not own, control, or operate Hyperliquid, nor can it modify or interfere with its functionality, security, or availability. The Interface is not the exclusive means of accessing Hyperliquid.

The Interface and all AI Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or timeliness.

The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the AI Content. You acknowledge and agree that the AI Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated, and that reliance on any AI Content is at your sole risk.

You agree not to engage in, or attempt to engage in, any of the following categories of prohibited activity in relation to your access and use of the Interface:

Any information provided by the Interface, including all data, charts, and any AI Content, is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, professional, technical, operational, investment, financial, legal, tax, or other advice.

The AI Content is generated by automated systems, is not investment or financial advice, and is not a recommendation to trade. It does not tailor recommendations to your individual circumstances. We make no representations as to its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Under no circumstances shall we, our affiliated and related entities, or any of our respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or subsidiaries be liable to you for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to any access or use of the Interface.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to any choice or conflict of laws rules.
